Hoot Loop privacy

Effective October 21, 2026

Hoot Loop is a puzzle game made by Lilly Bit LLC, doing business as Lilly Bit Games. This policy covers the Hoot Loop iOS and Android apps, including versions that use Google AdMob advertising.

Your game stays on your device

Your puzzle progress, earned stamps, unfinished boards, notes, sound and motion preferences, and the count used to space advertisements are saved on your device. Hoot Loop does not require an account or upload these saves to a Lilly Bit Games server. Device backups may include them under your Apple or Google backup settings. Removing the app’s stored data removes local progress; a device backup may restore it.

Advertising

Ad-supported versions use Google AdMob to show occasional full-screen advertisements between completed puzzles. Levels 1–11 are ad-free. Later ads appear only after newly completed medium or harder puzzles, with at least two new level completions between ads. Ads do not unlock levels, and an unavailable ad does not prevent you from continuing.

Google’s advertising services may collect and share your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure advertisements, provide advertising analytics, and prevent fraud. Hoot Loop applies child-directed treatment and a G-rated ad-content limit for every player, disables personalized advertising and Google publisher first-party IDs, and does not request tracking authorization. The Android app removes advertising-ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions. Google may still process limited technical identifiers necessary to deliver contextual ads, prevent fraud, and operate its services. Hoot Loop does not request precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone access for advertising.

Hoot Loop tells Google’s User Messaging Platform that all players should receive treatment for users under the age of consent. It does not ask children to consent to personalized advertising. Where Google requires additional privacy choices, these are available through Settings → Ad privacy choices. Ad availability never prevents continuing the game.

Your controls

You can manage or delete your Android advertising ID in device settings. On iOS, you can manage app tracking permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Hoot Loop does not currently request tracking authorization. These controls do not necessarily stop all advertising data processing. You can also review Google’s ad privacy controls.

Support

If you email hello@lillybitgames.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and maintain necessary support records. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. Support messages are handled through our email provider.

Sharing, storage, and retention

We do not sell local puzzle saves or maintain player accounts. Advertising providers process information as described above; Google receives limited information to provide contextual advertising, reporting, and fraud prevention; Hoot Loop does not use behavioral advertising. Use the in-app privacy choices where available to exercise the relevant opt-out. Google and our service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards and retention policies.

Local game data remains on your device until removed. We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. Google controls retention of information processed through its advertising services; its privacy policy explains the available controls.

Children and privacy requests

Hoot Loop is intended for children and older players. All players receive the same child-directed advertising protections. The game does not collect a birth date or age. Hoot Loop is a puzzle game and does not ask players to provide a name, email address, or other contact information to play. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Contact hello@lillybitgames.com for requests concerning information held by Lilly Bit LLC. We may need to verify a request. For information held by Google, use the controls and contact methods in Google’s privacy policy. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

The Hoot Loop website does not include advertising scripts, analytics scripts, account registration, or mailing-list forms. Fonts and game images are served with the website. Hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure it. Links to other websites lead to their own privacy policies.
